It is our service agreement — a maintenance contract covering two scheduled preventive visits a year plus member benefits on scheduling and pricing. It is not an insurance policy or a warranty, and it does not cover the cost of parts. It covers the maintenance itself and reduces what repairs cost you if you need them.

This rate is for households that have not previously held an agreement with us. If you are not sure whether you qualify, say so when you call and we will check rather than let you find out later. Existing customers are welcome to ask about renewal pricing, which is a separate conversation.

It is the agreement price covering the two-visit maintenance term, at the new customer rate against the regular $221.95. Renewal is at the standard rate. We will confirm the term and what happens at the end of it in writing before you commit — ask on the call and you will get a straight answer.

It discounts them at 15%; it does not cover them. This is worth being clear about, because service agreements are sometimes sold as though they were coverage. What you are buying is scheduled maintenance, guaranteed response, and reduced pricing — not free repairs.

Often yes, and not only for reliability — manufacturer warranties frequently require documented annual maintenance, and a claim can be declined years later if there is no record of it. A new system is exactly when a maintenance record is worth starting, rather than something to begin once problems appear.

No — the two mailer offers cannot be combined, and neither can be combined with any other discount. If your system is sound and you want it looked after, this is the right one. If you are replacing a system now, the $500 replacement offer is worth considerably more.
