Four counties from our shop in Ormond Beach: Volusia, Flagler, Seminole and St. Johns. Find your city below for the local detail, or call and we will tell you straight whether you are in range.
Service Area
Total Comfort is headquartered at 1345 US Highway 1 N in Ormond Beach and has served East Central Florida since 1976 under Florida state license CAC029376.
The service area is four counties: Volusia, Flagler, Seminole and St. Johns. Ormond Beach sits in the middle of Volusia and immediately south of the Flagler line, so those two are the closest and quickest to reach. Seminole County is covered from the Orlando side on its own dispatch line. St. Johns is the northern edge of the area rather than the middle of it.
Being specific about that is deliberate. A contractor claiming the whole state is either exaggerating or subcontracting, and neither helps you when a system fails on a Saturday. If you are outside these four counties we would rather say so when you call than book a visit nobody can keep.
By County
Every city below has its own page covering what actually goes wrong locally.
Where we are based and where most of our work is. Beachside salt corrosion east of the Intracoastal, humidity and airflow inland.
Immediately north of our shop, so one of the closest areas we cover. Barrier island salt, Palm Coast's master-planned housing, and the rural west.
No coastline, so humidity rather than salt drives the faults. Multi-zone systems in the gated communities, retrofit ductwork in the older cities. Call 407-805-1279.
St. Augustine, the barrier island beaches, Ponte Vedra and Nocatee, plus the farmland west toward Hastings. The furthest part of our area, covered properly for scheduled work.
Call and ask. If you are just outside the four counties we will tell you rather than send someone on a long drive, and where we can we will point you at somebody closer. That is a faster answer than filling in a form and waiting to find out.
Volusia, Flagler and St. Johns: 386-361-5500. Seminole and Orlando: 407-805-1279.

Volusia, Flagler, Seminole and St. Johns. That is the whole service area, and it is deliberately a short list.
Volusia and Flagler are closest, since our shop is in Ormond Beach near the county line between them. Seminole is covered from the Orlando side on the 407 number. St. Johns is the northern edge. If you are outside those four we will say so when you call.
They reach the same company but different dispatch. Use 386-361-5500 for Volusia, Flagler and St. Johns, and 407-805-1279 for Seminole County and the Orlando area.
Either number will get you help. The right one just avoids a transfer, which matters more at 9pm than at 9am.
Quite possibly. The city pages cover the larger communities, but the service area is defined by the four counties rather than by that list, so smaller places within them are covered too.
Ormond-by-the-Sea, Wilbur-by-the-Sea, Orange City, DeBary, Lake Helen, Pierson, Oak Hill, Winter Springs, Altamonte Springs, Chuluota, Geneva, Espanola, Korona, Hastings and Ponte Vedra are all inside the area even where they do not have their own page. Call and ask about a specific address.
Emergency dispatch runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across all four counties. Response time is not identical everywhere though, and we would rather be honest about that than quote one figure.
Volusia and Flagler are quickest because we are based between them. Seminole runs from its own dispatch. The far north of St. Johns is the longest run, so for a genuine emergency up there, call and we will tell you realistically what we can do before you commit to waiting.
Pricing questions are best answered on the call, because they depend on the work rather than the postcode. What we can say is that you will get the price in writing before anything is done, so there is no situation where distance turns into a surprise on the invoice.
Yes, throughout the same four counties. Residential work, plus commercial HVAC for restaurants, retail, medical practices, dealerships, clubs, storage facilities, managed properties and larger facilities.
