As the news about the Covid-19 continues to develop, we would like to tell you what we are doing about this issue.
For the safety of our customers and staff, Total Comfort has been devising ways to keep providing the essential services that our customers have become accustomed to.
During the first week of March of the staff of Total Comfort were at the Carrier Annual Factory Authorized Dealer meeting in
Colorado and the owner, Dan Hucks, was being inducted into the Carrier Hall of Fame.
COVID-19 was lurking in the background but at the point we weren't considering that it
would soon disrupt our lives to the extent that it now has.
In the past weeks we have made major adjustments in the way we do business and the way we live.
The services Total Comfort provides are considered essential and we have been devising ways
to keep providing the services that our customers have become accustomed to while maintaining
the safety and well-being of our customers and our staff.
Our technicians have been instructed to make frequent use of hand sanitizer, try and maintain social distancing,
wear latex gloves and to change them after each call, wipe down surfaces they touch with sanitary wipes,
and follow all rules of the CDC as closely as possible. We have also advised them that if they feel a
customer is ill and may endanger their health that they are allowed to discontinue or cancel a call. They
are also instructed to follow the customer's wishes with regard to social distancing and overall conduct.
We have limited the access to our offices and encourage customers and vendors to conduct transactions remotely when possible.
Total Comfort also realizes that a lot of our customers are spending more time at home than they were a couple of months ago and may
be thinking of some of the work that may be necessary around their homes or businesses. Please contact us to take care of any of those
